Alrighty so after last week, a few things have sorted them self out. Among the unsorted: Can Kansas City really play football one week to another? Will Drew Brees and the rest of the Saints get salted!! week after week?
So besides that I am hoping I have got some of the league figured out. Thank goodness that the Old Fat Grampa Man and his Panthers have a bye week.

Pittsburgh wins in this Super Bowl rematch.
Carolina gives yet another L to the hurtin' Saints
Washington shuts down the pass and open up their own air game.
Houston squeaks this one out thanks to 5 Kris Brown field goals.
Baltimore's defense of last year shows up and kills any 49er offense
Chicago just gets an ugly win here, props to Green Bay for not kicking to Hester.
Week 6: 8-5
Baltimore
Minnesota
Cleveland
Green Bay
Philadelphia
New England
San Diego
New York Giants
Jacksonville rushes the crap out of Houston and Matt Schaub's 260yds don't bring the Texasmen close.
Kansas City ????
Tampa Bay is led by the accurate pass game of Jeff Garcia.
Carolina puts a page in the history books, officially being the first team to win with a Crypt Keeper under center.
New Orleans, come on, give me a break Drew.
Alright, here are my week 3 results, unfortunately I still haven't been able to pick up what is going on in the NFL.
Week 3: 7-9
Baltimore
New York Jets
New England
Indianapolis
Seattle
Jacksonville
Carolina
Green Bay is the real deal. I love Brett so much, but every time I have ever picked for him he has lost. Man o man.
Tampa Bay takes advantage of the Rams. St Louis is really bad. Like so bad.
Pittsburgh takes care of my upset pick for the week.
Philadelphia actually plays football, for once. Impressive outing by the Eagles!
Kansas City who? I already decided they sucked this year. I guess not.Or at least not as bad as the Vikes.
Oakland comes out on top of the battle of two used-to-suck teams.
New York Giants under the impressive play of Eli, continue to prove critics wrong.
Dallas wins here. I don't think I wrote this down right. There is no way I actually picked Chicago. Dems the breaks.
Tennessee continues to make New Orleans the NFL bee yai yotch.
Week 4: 5-9
Dallas
Detroit
Green Bay
Indianapolis
New England
Atlanta shows up and Harrington takes over as Schaub loses this grudge match
Buffalo wins????
Cleveland takes over as Baltimore continues to waiver on the line of good or bad.
Oakland wins with the show off performance of the week going to Daunte. 75 passing yards? O wait, 3 rushing TD's.
Tampa Bay defense drills the hurting Carolina offense along with now starting QB David Carr. C-A- RRRRAH
Seattle shows that they can still win without playing outstanding football.
Arizona comes out in the double QB set and shows the Steels what is up.
Kansas City wins again, and the Chargers only give LT the ball 6 times in a half, I mean, lose.
New York absolutely demolishes the Philly O-line and Eli continues to play competent enough.
Baltimore over Arizona
San Diego over Green Bay
St Louis over Tampa Bay
San Fransisco over Pittsburgh
Detroit over Philidelphia
New York Jets over Miami
New England over Buffalo
Minnesota over Kansas City
Indianapolis over Houston
Seattle over Cincinnati
Cleveland over Oakland
Jacksonville over Denver
Washington over New York
Carolina over Atlanta

So week one was not nice to me and my upset picks. I definitely picked the wrong ones, but week two went a couple games better.
Week 1: 8-8
Indianapolis
Minnesota
Washington
New England
Denver
Pittsburgh
San Diego
San Fransisco
Green Bay Wins/ Philly Loses- Pack Defense looks solid, but maybe Philly shot themselves in the foot with nearly 80yds in penalties
Tennessee Wins- The Titans RUN all over the Jag's usually tough and gritty defense
Carolina Wins- Jake Delhomme and the Panther Crew look more like the team I picked to be in the Super Bowl last year and less like the Shames.
Houston Wins- The Texans come out and look solid under the direction of the Squak, Squib and Schaub.
Seattle Wins- This was my upset pick for the week, Alexander brings it together in the second and Garcia doens't have enough.
Detroit Wins- Kitna looks unbelievable and the Raiders look as though they could get the number 1 pick again.
Dallas Wins- Yes this was a hope not a belief. Eli did look well, but unfortunately T.O. is still the guy.
Baltimore Loses- This should be a win for me, the Ravens got this one stole. Horrible offensive pass interference call in last minute. I wont accept it.
Week 2- 10-6
Indianapolis
San Fransisco
Pittsburgh
Green Bay
Jacksonville
Seattle
Dallas
Denver
Chicago
Baltimore
Houston Wins- I am starting to wonder if Tony Danza, Danny Glover, and Christopher Lloyd are part of the Houston management, because this turn around is almost ridickulous. Ya Gotta Believe!
Cleveland Wins- So Cleveland could win some more games as long as they continue to play against teams that apparently use the Ol' arena football adage " The Best Option, is to just let them score". This game was ripenisulous.
New Orleans Loses- Wow remember the time the Saints sucked? It's too bad that Cleveland doesn't just play Cinnci and N.O. all year. Derek Anderson would look like John Elway.
Minnesota Loses- You can't have 96yds in penalties and 5 turnovers. Even if you knock out the other teams quarterback you will lose. The Vikings continue to suffer from a lack of discipline. Can anyone control this team?
New England Wins- I just think that I might be glad I won't get to watch the 08 and 09 seasons of the NFL, because I think Brady could pick up enough rings by then to move on to the other hand. Like this team is riwangulous, I cannot believe that they are as good as they look. I am worried about the AFC championship game this year, lets hope the Pats slow down and the Colts keep up.
Washington Wins- Jason Campbell looks good, and Philly did too. No touchdowns though? This is frusterating for Eagle fans because it was a clean and well played game from the boys in green. To bad they couldn't convert.... on ANYTHING!
Winnipeg over Montreal
Edmonton over BC
Toronto over Hamilton
Calgary over Saskatchewan
Indianapolis, under the steady leg of Adam Vinatieri, kicks their way to 5 scores againts the #1 defense in the league.
Right!New Orleans shows that they are more than capable running with the big boys as they move past Philly to a conference championship. Right!
Chicago quits all upset talks as they choke out the Seahawks and squeak it out to move one step closer to the Big game. Right!
LaDainian Tomlinson's heroics couldn't save the Chargers from 54 yards out, as New England wins this week and heads to Indianapolis to play an old rival. Right!
Indianapolis over Baltimore- Once again, I cannot pick against the Colts, i am physically incapable.
New England over San Diego- Playoff experience will be the difference here.
New Orleans over Philidelphia- Yes, Philly has looked good, but have any of you watched the Saints play this year??
Chicago over Seattle- I love a good upset, but I don't see Hassling-back throwing the ball well this season.
Philidelphia
Sitting in second place in the division with a 5-4 record, the Eagles big play offense can continue to help and hurt the team's chances of pulling into the playoffs. The Eagles have 6 more passing plays of 20 or more yards than the next offense and 4 more plays of 40 yards or more than the closest competion. This has been beneficial to Philidelphia as they either get up quick on a team and cruise to a win or fall behind early and hope that their geronimo offense will pull them back into it. But their record shows that big bombs and lucky breaks don't always lead to 'W's. The Eagles on have 176 first downs which is far less than the league leading 214 by the Colts. First downs show that an offense is capable of moving the ball consistently. This is what is lacking in Philly, consistency. Philly is 28th in the league on rushing attempts and I am confident that giving westbrook more carries a game will not only help in consistently gaining yards but also will open up that big play that much more.
10-6 Philly makes the playoffs.
